Fees are based on
a percentage over, the purchase price paid by Flemings
ultimate garage. 0-20,0000 + 18%
20,001-30,000 + 16% 30,001-40,000 + 14%
40,001 and up 12% and in no case will the fees be less than 3000.00 or
maximum of 6000.00.

Upon locating the
vehicle, a full set of pictures will be provided and a full independent
professional inspection with report attached will be provided, before customer
makes a final payment.

Flemings ultimate garage is authorized for ____ days to locate
the above referenced vehicle. This is a binding contract, all financing, or
cash payments must be arranged, prior to Flemings locating said vehicle.
Deposit of 1000.00 U.S dollars is fully refundable, if the above
vehicle is not located in the mutually specific time, agreed to by both parties.
Once the above vehicle is agreed to by the customer, payment is due. Flemings
will then arrange for pick and delivery for the customer. Shipping charges and
any incidentals, including, but not limited to, inspections, shipping,
mechanical and cosmetic issues, are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
